Off-White’s Nike Air Presto Sneaker Is Back in Black

These super comfy kicks have been called a “t-shirt for your feet.”

Before sock sneakers were all the rage, Nike forever changed the game with the Air Presto, which has been described as “the T-shirt for your feet.”

The cozy kicks, notable for their stretchable knit upper and minimal caging, became instantly iconic when buzzy streetwear brand Off-White designed a pair.

Now, they are back in black. Off-White designer Virgil Abloh and Nike are getting back together for a new Air Presto model, this time in black rubber caging.

This release is more monochromatic but still no less eye-catching. Off-White’s signature orange tag still conspicuously hangs from the side, and “AIR” is still printed near the heal counter in Helvetica.

Expect to see their imprint all over the sneaker zeitgeist. The original pair (seen below) is still going for as much as $1,700 on the re-sale market, even if they originally dropped for just $160.

They were the talk of the 2018 Grammy Awards when Bruno Mars rocked a pair during his performance of “Finesse” with Cardi B.

The new black Off-White x Nike Air Presto sneakers drop on July 27 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers for $160.
