Omega is honoring Casamigos Tequila and Mezcal with a blacked-out timepiece worthy of a toast or two.
Officially dubbed the Seamster Planet Ocean “Deep Black” Casamigos, the stylish new iteration of James Bond’s signature wristwatch serves as a tribute to the $1 billion booze brand co-founded by longtime Omega ambassador George Clooney with friends Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman.
The ceramic 45.5mm case and dial both get a stunning matte black finish that’s inspired by the newly-launched Casamigos Mezcal, while the watch face’s wording is highlighted in the exact same shade of teal trademarked by the Casamigos logo.
The exclusive Seamaster’s flip side features a limited-edition number imprinted on a sapphire crystal caseback that was treated to resemble the texture and dark color of the Casamigos Mezcal bottle.
A white Casamigos logo rounds out the many nods to Clooney’s company, which was purchased by spirits giant Diageo in 2017.
The luxury Swiss watchmaker’s precise Master Chronometer movement keeps the hands ticking. The watch comes attached to a sleek, rubber-stitched black strap.
Priced at $11,600, the Seamaster Planet Ocean “Deep Black” Casamigos is limited to just 80 examples and can ONLY be purchased at Omega boutiques in the U.S.
