The fashion set may be coming around to the #FreeTheNipple movement, with one design house, Yves Saint Laurent, sending a “mono-boob” dress down the runway at Milan Fashion Week for its Spring 2017 show.
The revealing black dress, worn by “it” model Binx Walton, is definitely a head-turner as its architectural bodice leaves one breast entirely uncovered. Binx opted to wear a silver pasty, teasing just enough skin to shock front-row fashionistas.

The “mono-boob” dress was certainly one of the more memorable moments of Milan Fashion Week, although Saint Laurent had done this before, at its Fall 2015 show with model Lida Fox. And according to Vogue, YSL even debuted an earlier iteration of the uni-boob dress in 1990.
Expect to see “mono-boob” dress on plenty of chic nursing mothers and red-carpet risk takers. (We’re looking at you, Emily Ratajkowski!).
