“The compound includes two properties: The three-bedroom, four-bathroom ranch home, which White bought in 2013 for $8.94 million, is priced at $14.5 million,” Realtor.com describes. “The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home next door, which he picked up in 2016 for $10.75 million, is priced at $12.75 million.”
The more expensive of the two properties is located at 7157 Birdview Avenue, and was built on a bluff in 1952 and has private access to Westward Beach.
