The latest release is another addition to the starting lineup of the Skechers x Snoop Dogg Collection, building off the brand’s entry into the basketball category last fall.

The footwear brand has plenty of championship-worthy style going for it lately, be it Snoop Dogg x Skechers releases, a series of retro-inspired sneakers or the Skechers x The Rolling Stones collection that debuted last year.

Fittingly, the ongoing partnership celebrates the rapper’s iconic style, his love of the brand and his passion for authentic, creative, uniquely “Snoop” footwear.

Known as the SKX Resagrip Boss Treatment, the fresh new sneakers represent a “one-of-a-kind design that combines a “Snoopified” aesthetic with Skechers award-winning comfort and performance technologies,” the brand said.

The sneakers were handpicked by Snoop Dogg to join his ongoing roster of stylish, comfortable kicks from Skechers, and they’re prized for their “next-level cushioning and responsiveness to accommodate quick and explosive movements on the court,” the company noted.

Goodyear technology guides the outsole from baseline to baseline, offering top-of-the-line grip and cushioning, and the use enhanced collar foam offers additional ankle support, the brand noted.

The mid-top design also features Skechers’ Hyper Burst Pro technology for even more midsole cushioning, and the brand touts the vivid color combination as a stylish move either on or off the court.

The Skechers basketball lineup isn’t just a flash in the pan, though.

The kicks also have real-world pedigree, as the brand enlisted New York Knicks power forward Julius Randle and Los Angeles shooting guard Terance Man to lace up both the Resagrip and the SKX Float silhouettes on the court.

For those who prize instantly recognizable style that can also deliver performance and utility on any part of the court, the newest Skechers x Snoop Dogg release is a highlight-worthy alley-oop.
