Inside Blink 182 Drummer Travis Barker’s $27,500-a-Month California Oasis
This rockin’ pad has “All the Small Things” and more…
Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker splurged on a $2.8 million villa in Calabasas, California, about two years ago, and now the rocker’s baller pad is available to rent for $27,500 per month.
Built in 2006 but recently renovated, the large house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms spread out over 7,196 square feet.
French doors open up to several patios throughout the property, which is situated on a corner lot on about one-third of an acre.
In the master suite, there’s a private sitting room, large bathroom, and a small terrace to take in that Californian sun.
Perhaps more notably, though, the master bedroom also has a custom walk-in closet with a giant floor-to-ceiling shoe shelf with frameless glass doors.
The kitchen has white countertops, blue cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
Next to the kitchen is a bright and sunny nook with white French doors that’s perfect for breakfast.
And for more formal occasions, there’s the dining room, complete with striking art work of Sex Pistols icon Sid Vicious.
The family room has a built-in media center and a cozy corner fireplace, as well as doors that lead outside.
A separate living room with double-height ceilings has its own fireplace. And oh yeah, there’s Sid again over the staircase.
Outdoor amenities include a courtyard with a fireplace surrounded by benches, pool and spa, and a built-in grilling station. Looks like a helluva spot to throw an outdoor party,
Located in a gated community, the Cali mansion is listed on Compass for anyone willing to spend nearly $30,000 per month on rent. But hey, this isn’t your average Airbnb, either.
