Lamborghini Unveils Luxe Villas In Coastal Spain
The Costa del Sol properties are just as jaw-dropping as an Italian supercar.
The finer things in life tend to have a far-reaching impact: Once you’ve experienced the groundbreaking power of a Lamborghini, you might wonder why more things in life don’t match that same level of design prowess.
The same can be said for luxury living, and Lamborghini is looking to level up with its second luxury global real estate project, the Lamborghini Tierra Viva Villas.
Set for development by Dar Global along the equally breathtaking Costa del Sol on Spain’s “Sunshine Coast”, the ultra-exclusive 53-villa complex blends stunning elements of Lamborghini design with the epitome of luxurious living.
Those with their eye on the prize will have to wait until its expected completion date of 2027, and like the design of a Lamborghini, great things take time.
Lamborghini joins the race among luxury automakers through the world of jaw-dropping real estate, as Bentley plans its Miami residences and Aston Martin unveils a stunning luxury penthouse.
The development will feature three ultra-premium accommodation options, from the six-bedroom Diamante Villas to the five-bedroom, four-level Zafiro Villas and the terraced garden, four-bedroom Esmeralda Villas.
Each space takes direct inspiration from the handsome looks and clean lines of Lamborghini’s finest automobiles, including plenty of leather touches and extensive glass window and marble offerings.
Luxury gardens and a swimming pool round out each residence in remarkable fashion. Accordingly, the entire project is valued at more than $300 million, but details are scarce as to how much units will cost.
Until that time, admiring the development from afar (not unlike a next-level Lamborghini) very well might have to suffice.
