Alysia Macedo is an active duty airwoman, but the only bombs she’s dropping are on Instagram.

The curvaceous 28-year-old currently serves as a dental technician in the Air Force. She joined up when she was just 19 years old.

“I wanted to be independent, travel the world, serve my country,” she told the New York Post. “I think everyone should serve their country.”

Her hard body didn’t come easy. As a top-placing competitor in various amateur and professional bikini physique competitions, she’s dead-serious about hitting the gym.

Macedo revealed her daily regimen to the Post.

“I wake up at 4 a.m., go to the gym from 5 to 6:30 a.m., go to work, set up for my patients at 7:30 a.m. and work until 4:30 p.m. or 5, depending on what’s going on.”
