French photographer Antoine Verglas has long walked a tightrope between the tasteful and the tantalizing.
The latest batch of photos to come out of his New York studio—with model and burlesque dancer Crystal Maude—might just tip over into the latter category. Not that we’re complaining.
Who knew there were so many ways to provocatively pose with a rose?
It’s a bold introduction to Crystal Maude, who until now had yet to pose with a photographer of Verglas’ stature.
He’s shot all the greats and made his name capturing ’90s supermodels Stephanie Seymour, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Cindy Crawford in a more… erm…stripped-down state.
Now, Crystal joins their hallowed ranks.
