Iskra Lawrence ‘Unretouched’ Bikini Photos Prove How Gorgeous She Really Is

WOW…

👆 did the pic in my undies get your attention? Ok cool well many of you won't read this but God bless you that do – I really appreciate it. As you know this is MY body I have nothing to complain about. I'm white, have a “culturally celebrated” hourglass figure, proportional features, even skin tone, long straight hair, able bodied and hetero. But I didn't choose to be in this vessel I was born into it and this is my outer packaging. I see myself in the media and represented now in the modelling industry so what's next how can I try to push for diversity if I look like this? By opening doors, starting conversations and trying to help others be seen and heard. So if you're ready to see more than just my body please watch the video I made with @mattjosephdiaz (link to watch in my bio) he was 500lbs at 16 and lost over half his body weight. He shared a video of his excess skin which went viral because the world hadn't really seen a man openly talk about his insecurities and body image issues. He was seen and heard and continues to fight the stigma of male body images issues. I really hope you enjoy watching our video. And I hope that this reminds you that your voice and message matters simply by just being you. The more each of us (regardless of what we look like) shares our stories it will inspire, educate and hopefully encourage us all to see past the beauty ideal & give up the pursuit of perfection. #everyBODYisbeautiful 👆to watch the vid click link in my bio👆💕 (the only 'editing' in this pic is that I had to blur my nips in case I got reported)

The notably “unretouched” photos show the English model’s glorious curves showcased in 100 percent natural light, with no filters or digital trickery, and include the hashtag #everyBODYisbeautiful.

It's that time again.. Self-Care Sunday's on my YT🙌 hope u have time to be part of the discussion ☝️link to watch in my bio☝️ This week I speak to 2 very different people who inspire me. @sarahsapora @greaterat40 received negativity online when she decided to lose weight. Even I see it sometimes online “why do you go to the gym (or want to lose weight) if you're body positive & meant to love your body”??? To me bodyposi / self love is about LOVING your body that means looking after it however you so choose! Sara started training after hearing both of her parents are suffering from heart conditions as well being in pain everyday from carrying excess weight. She had the courage to share this on social media & her YT. So it really pissed me off to hear that she received negativity. 🖕It's nobodies business but theirs if they choose to lose weight, put on weight, gain muscle, get 30 tattoos… (u feel me). This was about her going on her own positive journey to look after her body, mind and spirit. She does not scale her weight loss because it's so much more than number, becoming healthier from the inside out. I'm excited for you to hear all about it in our vid. (Link in my bio) . Then there's @meetmattshep who passionately campaigns on his YT channel & social to get male eating disorder awareness and binge eating talked about. It's not easy talking about body image, ED's and mental health as a man and we need to get rid of this stigma. Over 10million males in the US alone suffer from eating disorders! I'm excited for you to hear his story from binge eating and morbid obesity to losing the weight fighting male body image stigmatisation and also coping with the lose of his brother who took his own life from a mental illness. These are things I've never had to deal with but I know some of you out there may have & I'm so grateful to everyone including these two for sharing their stories and showing there's hope. #everyBODYisbeautiful and yes the pic is unrelated because isn't it pics of girls in bikinis that get the most attention? So let me do that in hopes that this caption will be read by the most ppl possible.

The breakout “plus-size” stunner (though let’s face it, that’s a pretty lame term) has long been an advocate for women who struggle with their own body image.

Last week, the curvy beauty’s cover shoot for Women’s Health UK hit newsstands accompanied by an article in which she discusses “self-care” and maintaining a healthy body image.

🙌 cannot believe I'm on the cover of @womenshealthuk 🙏my story inside the mag talks about self-care and how health is not one size – it starts from the inside because it's really important we look after our mental health too. Huge thank you to @johnwrightphoto for sending me the completely unretocuhed cover shot!!! Such a pleasure getting to working with you again! Loved getting styled up by @charlielambros you killed these looks and of course @amypenfold for the stunning hair and makeup 😻 the whole team that made this possible I'm beyond grateful and to my agency @models1 @miss_mulloy can't believe this was your final ever cover, I'm honoured to be on it and humbled from the support from the #womanshealth team 😘 #everyBODYisbeautiful and you can get the issue rn on news stands all over the UK & hopefully on amazon / select book stores in the US 😛

✨💕Self-care is so, so important! One of the ways I care for myself is with my #mirrorchallenge. I look in the mirror and list 5 non-physical things I love about myself and 5 things I love about my body. Every BODY is beautiful because it's our home and is so much more than just an object it allows us to live life and achieve / do so much. Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves how beautiful we are because we are so much more than just the physical and that we are good enough just being our real selves. We are all a gift to this world. . Try to do the challenge with me this week in honor of #NEDAwareness week and share what you love about yourself in the comments of my new @MediaplanetUSA interview futureofpersonalhealth.com (link in my bio) 👆 . 🤗When you do, you’ll be entered to win a $500 @Aerie gift card! Let’s spread lots of self-love this week! #everyBODYisbeautiful #bodypositivity #aeriereal
