The English beauty first got our blood flowing in 2003, when she played a vengeful vampire badass in Underworld, a role she revisited for three sequels.

But her career has had plenty of life beyond that box-office mega franchise. She was still sexy as a snooty Ivy League grad in The Last Days of Disco, and her appearances in Pearl Harbor, The Aviator, Click and Love & Friendship were equally unforgettable.
