Miley Cyrus Retracts Apology for Racy Photo Shoot a Decade Later
“I’M NOT SORRY. F*ck YOU.”
Miley Cyrus is done apologizing for those seemingly topless Vanity Fair photos, taken when she was just 15-years-old.
“IM NOT SORRY,” Cyrus wrote in a recent tweet, marking the 10-year anniversary of the controversy. “Fuck you.”
Her stance has changed over the course of the decade.

At the time, Cyrus apologized after critics decried that the images were sexualizing the then-underage Hannah Montana star.
“I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’, and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed,” she said in her statement.
“I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans, who I care so deeply about.”
