Brett Michaels’ daughter just broke into the modeling industry at Miami Swim Week.
Eighteen-year-old Raine Michaels—the eldest of the Poison frontman’s two children with actress Kristi Gibson—was chosen out 25,000 women to walk Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s Paraiso runway at the annual fashion festival.
“One of my ultimate dreams/goals came true last night..I walked for the @si_swimsuit fashion show… coming into this I was so nervous and coming out of it I’m more confident than ever thanks to the entire team,” she shared on Instagram.
As a member of the SI Swim model search’s “Sweet 16,” Michaels is in the running to be featured in their annual bikini-clad mag.
“To the other 15 finalists you guys are some of the coolest and most beautiful women inside and out that I have ever met, together we are so diverse and changing beauty standards one bikini at a time,” the body-positive beauty added.

Raine’s rock star father celebrated her big break with his 100,000 Instagram followers.
“Congratulations again to my daughter @rainee_m on your journey.. Your personality & character shined through. Your drive to do this on your own shows true heart & great merit,” he wrote.
