The Waldorf Astoria is known worldwide as an establishment of high class and five-star luxury, but their Dubai branch recently had an issue maintaining their family-friendly image after a group of Russian fashion models tagged the hotel in some racy Instagram photos.

The 25 women were staying at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah during a shoot for luxury fashion brand D’Angel Ann. When they weren’t on set, they did what you’d expect: posted tons of sexy pics to Instagram. And, naturally, they used the Waldorf’s geotag in their pictures.

While having a large ensemble of bikini-clad babes snapping photos in and around your hotel might sound like some awesome free PR, a spokesperson for the Waldrof had an entirely different perspective, as evidenced by this statement from The Mirror UK:
“You have to understand that this is an Arab country. We have had a lot of complaints from families with your children. We do not want to see our geolocation on photos of girls in semi-naked and erotic poses. Let the photograph simply state the location as Dubai.”
We definitely understand where they’re coming from, but just look at these gorgeous women:
